The President and Founder of Ares Group, Inc., dba ARES Protective Services (ARES), is Mr. William Bruce Moore, a veteran with experience in providing service in both the government and commercial sectors. His 20 years of experience includes security management of National Security Programs, as well as, providing physical security support in the protection of national security information (NSI) and assets. Prior to founding ARES, Mr. Moore provided several years of service in a Vice President of Operations and Business Development position, for which he was directly responsible for acquiring $20 million in revenue for the firm, winning 12 security service-based contracts and growing the company to 600+ employees. In CY 2001, Mr. Moore decided it was time to put his experience and desire to provide the best security services to work in a firm in which he had full control of quality, customer responsiveness and employee morale. His years of service are most noted for his hands-on approach, his appreciation of the firm's employee contribution and effective development of security programs, while working closely with law enforcement and intelligence agencies. Mr. Moore's background, vision and viewpoint on customer satisfaction and caring for employees have been the driving forces in developing the quality and philosophy of ARES, which has become the key factors for the successful accomplishment of company goals and objectives. ARES Management Team
ARES' Executives are dedicated, professional subject matter experts in their respective fields and are integrally involved in leading the company's successful operational, business development, human resources and financial objectives. Collectively, the total number of years comprised from the Executives equals more than 75 years in the security industry (Spring 2006). In addition, each of the Executives has served honorably in the United States Armed Forces, of which the President is a service-disabled veteran.
