ARES History and Mission
History
ARES Group, Inc., headquartered in Alexandria, Virginia, was incorporated in February 2001. The company was established with a vision of creating a firm that was "Quality Based and Service Driven", a company whose sole focus was to provide much needed security force protection for our nation and its asset. That vision was even more solidified after 9/11. Over the past seven (7) years since incorporation ARES has grown to more than 1500 security professionals including armed and unarmed guards, court security officers, physical security analysts and administrative security specialists, performing on more than twenty (20) contracts in seven (7) States and Internationally.
Mission
The ARES Mission operates under the principles of:
- Always do our best in the care of our employees — our most important assets;
- Continually seek to exceed our customers' expectations through unmatched responsiveness, attentiveness and outstanding service;
- Develop into and become one of the most effective and resourceful security firms in the U.S.
To that end, the core tenants of Our Mission have remained the same:
Deter, Detect, Delay ... Terrorist and/or Criminal Activity.
AND
Protect our Clients' personnel, property and information while at the same time valuing our key asset — the people that comprise our workforce.
