ARES realizes that in these times of increased threats to our U.S. assets that the quality of training of contractor security personnel is the first line of defense.

The quality of training provided to the any security force is a crucial performance factor. As providers of security services we realize that the ARES Security Officer will have continuous interface and contact with the public and will be depended upon to assure the security of the agency personnel and facilities. They must respond quickly, responsibly, and professionally. Professional level performance in these circumstances requires that fully trained complements of Officers are available at all times.

Through our State of Virginia, Department of Criminal Justice Services Training Academy (Lic #88-1398) ARES provides in-house training to our personnel to ensure the quality of training received meets our expectations.

Additionally, through the AGI Training Academy, we offer Training to individuals and companies who employ security personnel.
